Who's involved

These terms are between you and the creator behind the OpenArt Starter Pack (Thomas Creates) ("we", "us"). Using the site or the tools means you accept them.

We are not OpenArt. We're an independent affiliate, nothing more. Your OpenArt subscription is a separate agreement between you and OpenArt, under their terms. Here is who handles what:

We give no warranty and accept no responsibility for anything OpenArt handles. We do not control their pricing, features, uptime, moderation or support, we cannot refund on their behalf, and we are not liable for losses caused by their service.

The offer

If you start a paid OpenArt plan through a link on this site, and OpenArt's affiliate platform (Tolt) records that referral on our account, we give you the OpenArt Starter Pack described on the offer page at no charge.

• The referral must register. Ad blockers, privacy browsers, or clicking someone else's affiliate link afterwards can stop it. If it does not register we cannot confirm the signup and the free offer does not apply, though we will look at a receipt you send us.
• Existing paid subscribers usually cannot be switched over. Contact us before changing anything and we will tell you whether your account can count.
• Access follows your plan. If you cancel OpenArt, or the payment is refunded or charged back, your free access ends too.
• Each OpenArt account gets a single claim. Access is personal and cannot be transferred.

We aim to switch on access within 24 hours of a confirmed claim. That is a target, not a promise.

A free bonus

The OpenArt Starter Pack is a free bonus. We do not sell it, and nothing on this site takes a payment. The only way to get it is a paid OpenArt plan started through our link, which OpenArt bills at their normal price. Using our link does not change what they charge you.

It includes the Script Generator, the Character Creator, the Storyboard Maker, the Color Grade Copier, and any tools we add later.

We earn a commission from OpenArt when you sign up through our link, and we say so on the offer page and in our privacy policy.

Fair use

• Do not share your login, resell access, or repackage the tools or their output templates as a product of your own
• Do not use the tools to make illegal material, or material showing real people without their consent
• Do not scrape, reverse-engineer or overload the service
• The tools have usage limits, which we can adjust

What you generate is yours to use, subject to the terms of the model and platform that generated it. Renders you start from the tools run on your own OpenArt credits. We may suspend or end access for serious or repeated misuse.

Changes to the tools

The tools are meant to grow. We add tools, and now and then retire or replace one. The models underneath are third-party products that can change or close without asking us, so we cannot guarantee any particular tool, model or feature stays available.

If we plan to remove something you actively rely on, we give you reasonable notice.

Liability

Anything on the offer page about time saved or output quality describes our own experience, not a promise about yours. We make no promise about income, audience growth or creative results, and nothing here is financial or professional advice.

The tools come free and "as is", with no guarantees. As far as the law allows, we exclude implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, lost data, lost credits or money spent on any model or platform.

We are liable to you for no more than you paid us over the last 12 months, which is nothing, so the cap is zero. Anything about the OpenArt platform is excluded under section 01.

None of this limits liability for death, personal injury or fraud, or removes consumer rights the law does not allow to be excluded.

Law and updates

We may update these terms. If a change materially affects you, we email you before it applies.

Governing law: the law of the country where the operator is based, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Consumer rights that apply where you live are not affected.
